What is Maine Market 2019?
Maine Market 2019 is a weekly event in Westbrook, Maine for the public to sell their wares; art, crafts, etc., for musicians to perform, and for the community to connect.
When: Saturday mornings from 8 AM to 1 PM, July 20th 2019 thru October 19th 2019.
Where: Riverbank Park, 677 Main Street, Westbrook, Maine
- Musicians will be performing from 9 AM to NOON -
Please join us in celebrating this weekly event in Westbrook by bringing neighboring communities and ours together to celebrate all that is Maine.
Maine Market 2019 is run with the purpose of:
- Enhancing the community and pride of Westbrook, Maine
- Providing an outlet for the ingenuity and sale of local crafts, art and other items
- Offering an enjoyable use of the Riverbank Park on Saturday mornings
- Providing a location for local musicians to perform and for families to hear the story of “Wessie,” ice circles, and local lore
How do I reserve a booth?
Maine
Market 2019 is now accepting applications for it's weekly craft/art/music fair which will
be held every Saturday morning, July 20th to October 19th 2019 from 8am to 1pm, at Westbrook’s Riverbank Park.
If you plan on participating in this year’s event, return the BOOTH RENTAL APPLICATION together with your payment and release form. Spaces are limited to 30 vendors so it is advised that you apply as soon as possible.

Details?
There are no rain dates. Similar to other
events, the placement of a vehicle/trailer with axles on the grass will not be
allowed, vendors with this type of setup will be arranged along the park road
in a single file. Please check in with a Maine Market 2019 member during
setup. Vehicles will be allowed to drop
off and pick up only before and after the event. In an effort to provide an atmosphere more
beneficial to vendors, we will indicate to all vendors the
items/crafts/products the other booths are selling.
The
following is the non-refundable fee structure for one standard space (approx.
12’ X 10’)
Cost for
Vendors:
$15 for a single Saturday
$10 per week for subsequent Saturday’s
$100 for a full season (14 Saturday’s) commitment.
Reasonable electricity
use is free please let us know if you need electricity.
Please
note all vendors will need to provide their own electrical cords.
Tables & Tents:
We encourage all vendors to bring their own tables and tents!
2' x 4' booth craft tables are available to rent each Saturday, or you may bring your own.
Cost to rent is $5 for one table or $12 for three tables.
A limited number of "pop up" 10' x 10' tents will be available to rent each Saturday, or you may bring your own.
Cost to rent is $20 per tent.
Other:
A "Square" card reader will be available to booth vendors for a 5% fee.
